At Adira — Threads of Tradition, we're committed to delivering handwoven tradition to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Within India
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days post dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a standard delivery fee of ₹100 is charged.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all orders (except customized pieces) and can be chosen at checkout. An additional fee may apply for COD orders.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package.
- Delivery Address: Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at adirathreadsoftradition@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
International Shipping

Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, festivals, or remote pin codes may cause delays. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
- If a package is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer for reshipping.
